Have you ever wanted to learn what it feels like to turn your own breath into a doorway?
In the old sagas, voice was never separate from spirit. Breath itself was sacred. When the gods shaped the first humans, Óðinn gave them önd, which means both breath and spirit. Without breath there is no voice. Without voice there is no galdr.

In my practice, breath is always the first anchor. Before a rune name is spoken, before a chant rises, the breath steadies and carries everything that follows. It shapes trance, it calms the mind, and it turns sound into power.
This is one teaching from my Galdr Collection on Patreon, where I guide you through the living art of seiðr. There you will find historical sources, personal stories, and complete chant libraries that will help you bring the practice into your own life.
If you have ever wanted to learn seiðr in a way that is clear, grounded, and alive, join me on Patreon and begin your journey. Read full lesson here https://www.patreon.com/posts/140136355
